1. How should I choose the right size?
Each of our models has a specific fit, which is why we do not provide a uniform size chart anywhere. You can find specific dimensions in the detailed description of each product.
If you want the model to fit you perfectly, do not compare its dimensions with your body measurements, but instead measure your favorite piece of clothing, and then compare its dimensions with those of the selected by Greyson product.
2. When will my order arrive?
- We normally ship goods IN STOCK 1-2 working days after receiving payment.
- We ship MADE-TO-ORDER goods that need to be finished within 2-3 weeks.
- The delivery date for PRE-ORDER goods is indicated in the details of the specific product.
- Goods marked with the SOLD OUT label will no longer be restocked.
3. Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. According to the Sales Registration Act, an invoice must be part of every shipment.
4. Can I pay for the order by regular bank transfer?
Yes, a classic bank transfer is possible with us. You will find all payment information on your invoice. Please enter your order number as a variable symbol.
5. Do you send goods abroad?
In addition to the Czech Republic, we will also deliver goods to Slovakia. If you want to deliver the goods to another country, please contact us at +420 775 333 194 or at the e-mail address email@example.com. We will agree on the terms of delivery with you individually. :)
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
In the event that the carrier delivers a package with damaged packaging or other deformation, do not accept it and notify us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at +420 775 333 194. Together we will agree on the next course of action, so that you receive the ordered goods as soon as possible.
7. How do I proceed if I want to return or exchange the goods?
- If the size does not fit you or you wish to exchange or return the goods, fill out the contract withdrawal form.
- If you wish to complain about the goods, fill out the complaint form.

8. Can I return or exchange discounted goods?
You can exchange or return discounted products with a "sale" or "sale price" label within 14 days of receiving your order. We will return the money to you in the form of credit for your next purchase at our e-shop www.bygreyson.shop.
9. Can I return or exchange the goods I purchased using a discount code?
When applying the discount code, the goods can be exchanged or returned. In the case of "sale" or "resale" goods, the amount will be returned in the form of credit for the next purchase.
